Marriage Counseling
Wells were often places of meeting in Scriptures.
In ancient times, wells were essential to survival. People shared the water wells provided and often met for connection and community at wells. Several Biblical marriage stories began at wells. Isaac and Rebekah's marriage was due to a meeting at a well where a young woman showed great generosity and courage and became a mother of nations. Jacob met Rachel at a well and wept with the realization he found family. Moses came to Zipporah’s defense at a well, beginning the story of his calling as a defender of the oppressed.
Wells were places of meeting, refreshment, and connection then. We believe therapy is one way God provides these places of meeting, refreshment, and reconnection today.
With training in approaches such as The Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, Restoration Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, our counselors help facilitate reconnecting conversations and healing practices to restore and revitalize your most significant relationship.
